Masaveu Industria, aware of the need to achieve the objective of an increasingly sustainable construction, has developed a new range of Low Environmental Impact products called BIA.

This new range integrates the lines of Cement, Concrete, Mortars and Hydraulic Binders, being the first company in the sector capable of offering vertical integration of its entire range of products.

All the products in this new line are made with local raw materials, thus improving their carbon footprint and helping to develop the local economy, a fundamental part of our Corporate Social Responsibility commitment.

The use of recycled raw materials in our process, as well as the valuation of waste, have a positive impact on our towns and cities, making us a dynamic generator of the circular economy.

BIACEM®

For those cements that, under the premise of the taxonomy of the European Union, have specific emissions of less than 498 kg CO2/t.

Data calculated by Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) methodology and compared with an average European type I cement (data CEMBUREAU).

The production of these cements avoids the emission of 145,000 t/CO2 per year, or what is the same, the equivalent of 76,946 cars/year.

Or the electrical energy equivalent to 172,792 homes/year, or what is the same, to cities such as Santander, Burgos or San Sebastián.
